Ugadi is said to be Samvatsaradi a new year day celebrated based on the Hindu lunisolar Calendar on Chaitra Shukla Padyami in the States of Andhra Pradesh, Goa, Karnataka, Maharashtra and Telangana which is National festival. Let me talk about tomorrow early morning rituals
1.Take early shower before sunrise.
2. Abhyangasnanam which means apply til oil, Badam oil, Scented or coconut oil to entire body and head.
3.Add neem leaves and flowers, Amla powder, Turmeric for women in hot water.
4. Apply bath powder to entire body and take shower with Shikakai.
5. Wear new clothes.
6. Decorate Doors and pooja room with Mango leaves, neem leaves and flowers.
7. Worship Durga Devi on occasion of First Chaitra Navaratri.
8. Prepare Ugadi special dish Chutney Ugadi pachadi, Mango Panakam or Bevu bella which represents six tastes of life.

These two seasons are too difficult times for all human beings. Therefore, change of season develops various diseases like cold, cough, fever and infections. To overcome these ailments worship of Durgadevi for nine days from Chaitra Shukla Padyami to Navami is auspicious to remove all dirts from universe. Chanting Durga sapthashati and perform Chandi havan is also important. Offer pooja three times daily with red and yellow flowers with 108 names for nine days or Ashtami and Navami days.
